How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 working days. We also offer an expedited shipping option at checkout if you need your pet supplies sooner.
What is your return policy for pet food?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and sealed bags of food. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened.
Can I set up a recurring subscription?
Yes! You can choose the 'Subscribe & Save' option on any product page to have your pet's food delivered automatically every 2, 4, or 6 weeks at a discounted rate.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the mainland UK. We are looking into expanding our delivery zones to include international locations in the near future.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for a secure checkout.
